Pico Mountain at Killington in the United States (Vermont State) is a medium sized ski resort with 6 ski lifts that offers skiers an impressive 560 metres (1837 feet) of vertical descent. Pico Mountain at Killington has 214 acres of terrain over 50 trails with a total length of 40 kilometers (25 miles). Pico Mountain at Killington is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. I like skiing at Pico better than at Killington. Pico has six, sweet trails that wind down a vetical of 1566 feet from the summit to the base of the Summit Express Quad. Each trail is interesting to ski, with good pitch and exciting twists and turns. Pico has other trails too, but not nearly as interesting or challenging as the ones from the summit. The view to the north from the Pico summit is gorgeous.
