While we cannot control the weather, we can use superstitions to coax the clouds into releasing snow. So, here are a few simple rituals you can try at home. The Pajama Trick: wear your pajamas inside out and backward before you go to sleep. The Ice Cube Flush: flush one ice cube down the toilet for every inch of snow you want. The white crayon: place a white crayon on the windowsill or in the freezer to “draw” the snow to the mountain.
